Bespoke planning still keeps fees and supplier costs separate.
Japan Golf Concierge charges separately for planning, coordination, and support. Golf, transport, accommodation, dining, and activity costs are charged separately by the relevant providers.
- Accommodation support is limited to recommendations, suitable-area guidance, hotel shortlists, and direct booking links or provider contact details.
- Clients book and pay accommodation providers directly.
- Transport support is limited to recommending or introducing suitable licensed transport providers.
- Clients contract with and pay the transport provider directly.
- Four to six weeks in advance is ideal. Requests within 14 days are subject to feasibility and may require an urgent-planning fee.
