What is normally included
- Initial review of the trip shape, group profile, timing, and planning priorities
- Written scope and custom quotation before payment
- Custom course shortlist and itinerary development
- Golf-course communication and reservation assistance where appropriate
- Hotel-area guidance, hotel recommendations, and direct provider links
- Recommendations or introductions to licensed transport providers
- Dining, whisky, cultural, and non-playing guest planning where requested
- Optional in-person host support when separately agreed
- Broader itinerary coordination through final planning
What Japan Golf Concierge Does Not Sell
- We do not sell bundled travel packages.
- We do not sell accommodation.
- We do not sell transportation.
- Third-party charges are not included in the concierge fee.
- Supplier availability, admission, and performance cannot be guaranteed.
- Clients generally contract with and pay suppliers directly.
Payment structure
Bespoke planning still keeps concierge fees and supplier charges separate.
The trip may be broader, but the operating model remains straightforward.
- Accommodation support is limited to guidance, recommendations, direct booking links, and provider contact details.
- Clients book and pay accommodation providers directly.
- Transport support is limited to recommending or introducing suitable licensed transport providers.
- Clients contract with and pay the transport provider directly.
- Four to six weeks is ideal. Requests within 14 days are subject to feasibility and may require an urgent-planning fee.
