A private golf experience for 2-4 international guests, planned around your level, preferences, schedule, and stay in Japan.

Planning and finalization

Planning begins after agreement and deposit. Initial options and a draft itinerary are normally prepared within five business days.

Payment structure

Concierge fees and supplier charges are separate.

Japan Golf Concierge charges for planning, coordination, and support. Golf, accommodation, transport, dining, and activity costs are charged separately by the relevant providers.

Before payment, clients receive a written scope, custom quotation, and the applicable deposit and cancellation terms.

Most initial requests focus on Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa, Hakone, and the Mt. Fuji area. Other regions may be considered through the Bespoke service.

Accommodation support consists of guidance, recommendations, direct booking links, and provider contact details.
Transport support consists of recommendations or introductions to licensed transport providers.
Clients generally book and pay third-party suppliers directly.
Four to six weeks is ideal. Requests within 14 days are subject to feasibility and may require an urgent-planning fee.
