- Golf clubs, hotels, restaurants, rental providers, and transport providers apply their own prices and terms.
- Clients generally pay third-party providers directly.
- Accommodation support is limited to suitable-area guidance, hotel recommendations, and direct booking links or provider contact details.
- Transport support is limited to recommending or introducing suitable licensed providers and helping you understand the options.
- Four to six weeks in advance is ideal. Requests within 14 days are subject to feasibility and may require an urgent-planning fee.
